We maintain overall mold tolerance within ±0.02mm, flatness ≤0.1mm, and post-machining surface roughness of Ra1.6. Certified to ISO9001:2015 and SGS standards, our molds offer high strength, deformation resistance, superior thermal and electrical conductivity, and a flawless surface free of particles, spots, or coating peeling. Their salt spray resistance is validated via salt spray test chambers, ensuring compliance with international material and mold standards including ISO3522-84, ASTMB85-96, JISH5302:2000, and EN1706:1998.
